People answer faster when they do not have to ask follow-up questions. Say what you are trying to do, what you already tried and what went wrong, in a few lines.

How it looks in Slack

Write the draft the way it comes out, in any language. Press the BetterSend button in the composer, pick a tone, and the draft is replaced before you send.

Does anyone know how to run the integration tests locally? I followed the README, but they fail with a database connection error. I'm on main with Docker running. Any pointers appreciated.

What changed

The question is specific, it names what was already tried, it gives the exact error, and it ends with a light thank you instead of an apology.

Do this inside Slack

The Slack app on Mac and Windows

The BetterSend desktop app puts its icon in the composer of the native Slack app. Double-click a message from a colleague to translate it or have it explained.

Slack in Chrome

The BetterSend extension adds an Improve button to the Slack composer, and Translate and Explain buttons under each message you receive.

Try it on your own draft
