Log in at languagetool.org, open your account settings, click My Account, then Cancel subscription; an automatic email confirms it. Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that. Within the first 14 days you can ask Support for a refund under its money-back guarantee. If you paid for the browser extension after its 14-day trial ended, the free alternative below keeps working in Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Gmail with no trial clock.

Before you cancel LanguageTool
- The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. All LanguageTool subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually depending on the plan.

- A cancellation can be reversed only by contacting Support, and only while the plan is still running; once it has ended it cannot be reactivated.
- An active Premium account cannot be deleted; cancel first.
